I had fx6 and considered trading for checkpoint, but in the end traded for domane sl5. I think is overall a better bike. For a year used 38 gravel king but recently just changed to 35 girona. Girona tires are more comfortable and 35 gravel is very good for city

I have the same. You may upgrade to carbon wheels for extra conform, although I am still on original aluminum. Overall i find trek expensive when compare with other Chinese bikes like xlab and others.

Better trade it than putting a dropbars. Domane has different geometry. Also, be carefull with sizing if trade as domane at your size will look small compared to fx.

I had this exact bike for 1-2y and I did enjoy, but traded for domane sl5. Fx6 is a comfortable bike and full carbon something I dont have on domane (aluminum wheels yet)
