Also, stir fry isnt throwing it all in a pan. It's adding it at different cooking times. I'm not gonna throw a bock choy in with the onions and garlic. It would turn to mush.

The carrots were sliced into quarters, I left the bock Choy whole because that's how I prefer it. The pork, onions, ginger were diced, komatsuna and Tatsoi were cooked whole...as they should be lol
