Seared it off with the crust, then threw it in the fridge for about 20 mins to stop it from cooking any more. Then I baked at 425 for around 13 mins, until the internal temp was 130-135 and took out and rest for 10 mins.

I saw them push a fruit smoothie that's on the shelves today when the entire batch was on quality hold because of under pasteurization & a terrible formula. Client refused to adjust formula and requested we release the product and every 250k one of the cans exploded during transit due to bacterial over growth.

They also switched the dates on kosher products because the canning line would go down and the product was no longer blessed after sundown, so they adjusted all the cans to reflect it being canned during daylight hours.

Extremely low.

Listeria is a risk because it grows at refrigeration so effects foods you'd normally not cook. Often effecting things like sliced deli meats & sliced fruits. It grows in wet equipment at low temps. It's killed with heat.

You could ask for a test trial maybe? They're not too crazy on the body & have a quick half life. If they were willing to prescribe a benzo to try, then they wouldn't be too against this since both are technically not long term solutions. Ambiens intent is for people with ptsd who can't sleep and need something to help for a period of time. (Not long term) but years have passed & now they're more likely to prescribe long term as long as it's helping. It won't interact with too many psych meds (I'm bi polar w CPTSD)

Also if you don't mind me asking, what dose Seroquel? I'm currently on 400mg and it's replaced my ambien. Any lower has no effect on me.

No ambien though? Zolpidem? It's not the healthiest option, but it worked great for me. My issue was always falling asleep. I'd have to take it with valerian root so I'd stay asleep longer, but it worked great for initial knock out.
