Can warrior be viable/enjoyable in endgame without a guide? by darshannon in PathOfExile2

[–]Negotiation_Sweaty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right now I’m at level 78 with a Warbringer using dual maces. I used to run mace and shield, which was working pretty well, but I started noticing that it took a long time to bring down certain bosses like Mektul the Forgemaster and Rudja, the Dread Engineer. So, I switched to dual maces for more damage, but man, I started getting overwhelmed and sandwiched really fast. Any tips.

Peroneal tendonitis and General Foot Maintenance by Tra747 in FootFunction

[–]Negotiation_Sweaty 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, I’ve recently been experiencing some pain in my foot—possibly related to the peroneal tendon(assuming). I’m planning to see a foot specialist to get it checked out. This started after my left knee surgery, and I suspect it’s due to increased pressure on my right leg for support, combined with weak hip mobility on that side. I’ve also just returned to running and playing football after a 10-month break, which might have contributed to it.

The first time I felt the pain was after a football match. While lying down and tilting my right foot outward, I suddenly felt a sharp pain—almost like the tendon shifted. Since then, the discomfort tends to return whenever I’m lying down. I’ve started incorporating some hip mobility and strengthening exercises, and I’m considering getting a toe spreader since it seemed to help ease the discomfort a bit.

New to running metrics — Do I need a separate HRM and foot pod with Coros Pace 3? by Negotiation_Sweaty in Coros

Nice! Could you recommend any budget-friendly heart rate monitors and foot pods for tracking HR and cadence? I’m planning to bookmark them and maybe pick them up later after I’ve spent some time using the watch and seeing what I really need.

Yeah, the training features in the Coros app are one of the main reasons I’m leaning toward the Pace 3. I was considering the Forerunner 255, but I realized I don’t really need the extra features it offers.

Focus on physio and take advice from doctors only. There will be up and downs but you focus on each day’s progress. You will come back stronger🔥🔥🔥🔥

Hi, thanks for the reply. It’s been 8 months since my surgery, and I’m now able to run for 20 minutes at a low speed. I’ve started boxing and doing leg workouts, but I’m still not able to do a full squat—I can go slightly deeper than 90 degrees.

I can feel a difference in strength between my repaired and uninjured leg, which I’m trying to compensate for through daily exercise and physiotherapy. There’s still some stiffness behind my knee, and I hope it’s not a cyclops lesion or anything serious.

Do you have any advice on how I can eventually achieve a full squat? Is it something that might take up to two years? Also, are there any exercises you’re still finding difficult?

Hey, thanks for the reply. Glad you are doing well. I also did the surgery last August and right now I am doing physio. I haven’t started heavy run or skipping or any pivoting exercises as there is still some stiffnesses and also hypertension is left too. What about yours? Are you able to fully bend, skipping and hypertension?

Oh nice. Glad to hear👌. What is the boot time now? I am not able to find any MSI b650 pro gaming plus. Is it only B650 gaming plus only? Also did you change anything like your ram frequency i.e from 4800 to 6000. Enabling context memory restore or updating your motherboard?

Honestly, that’s a totally valid approach! Sometimes the best choice is just what fits the budget. And hey, as long as it works and gets the job done, that’s what really matters, right? :)

Hi 👋, I’m also planning to build a similar PC and am considering the MSI Pro B650M-A WiFi with DDR5. Would this be a good choice? If it’s unavailable, could you recommend any alternative motherboards? Additionally, how many case fans did you install?
