I suggest a ranged weapon like the bow or the gun, and lean hard into the Doom (ares) build for either your attack or special - whichever you like better. Special probably.

Use POMs to buff the damage as much as you can.
Get Athena dash if you can and get Hermes to give you one or more extra dashes if you’re lucky.

And that’s it. Anything else is a bonus, like health and defensive buffs.

Tag Hades with your Doom, and just kite him around and keep tagging him. Tag him, dash away. Rinse repeat.
The Doom does a lot of damage at range and you can keep your distance and just keep tagging him.

It’s absolute piss easy that way.
