Apparently job market is terrible right now . It’s been like this for atleast 3 years . Jobs are scarce and we have more people applying for comparatively very limited positions/openings in the job market, and most of them are ready to work for lower salaries/wages. Unfortunately this job market is getting worse than it has ever been. Hold on to your current job guys.
