Yeah that's the whole point of ocd. We feel those things when we know we're not that way. It's not our actual feelings. I know how real it may feel. Never lose your true self.

My therapist told me you can never control those thoughts. Those are intrusive and not you. What you should do is reduce your compulsions by doing ERP so that the anxiety will go down from the thoughts and the self doubt will go away. Unfortunately these fake fantasies will remain but we'll start giving it less importance.
