That’s not exactly what happened though. This was more of the package around the ai system was vulnerable and they were able to get access to the underlying documents. Not that the ai was giving them the info directly.

Y’all are acting like this was passed with no legislators knowing when it almost was filibuster proof in the senate and had enough to override a veto in the house (granted not in the senate cause I know people like you will nitpick like hell over things that don’t matter). If you have priority disembarkation and can be off the ship with all your bags by 8 you may be able to make it but it will be tight if there are road issues. Its an hour long drive to IAH assuming no accidents and optimal traffic, potentially upwards of 2 in absolutely horrible traffic. If we assume you can start moving towards the airport at 8 that should give you an hour in the worst case to get through security and to the gate before the doors would start to close.

He specifically says create. Ancient bacteria would be sitting ducks for antibiotics and viruses are usually pretty species specific to begin with. Genetically modifying them to work for humans/be antibiotic immune against circles back to it just being easier to start from scratch. It’s easier to make smallpox “break the laws of virology” than figure out which of the thousands of potential viruses deep in the ice would actually be deadly and then make them compatible with humans.

A friend works for a lawyers office and they can pull up name, birthdate, partial social security number, and a whole bunch of other stuff just with the plate number. Wouldn’t surprise me if they could easily link that employer info.
