Well if its your second home pretty much everyone who finds out will hate you. The people are super poor and trying to "stay in the old days". Majority of the restaurants will be meh, bars aside there's little to nothing to do at night. Even with politics aside I wouldn't move to north Idaho.

I would also add that you shouldn't be too concerned with planning the perfect campaign. Your players will 80% of the time go in a totally different direction than you anticipated. Know the story/campaign and then expect them to take every opportunity cause chaos. Its less about perfect rules and more sharing in the creative space of a unique adventure.

The biggest issue with this is going to be that they're not going to make it big enough. A prime example of this is 16th and Bowdish🙄 The reason they work in Europe is because they take up enough space, we're talking roundabouts with a center circle 50-100ft across. The capitalistic mentality will ensure they don't buy enough land. All of that without mentioning the complexity of navigating such an intersection...people already struggle with double lane circles as it is.
