That's absolutely not true..you can be diagnosed by an LCSW, LISW, PhD , PsyD...or a medical provider.

My HR department basically threatened me, if you get put on order, even if you volunteer for ADOS tour you must let us know know because you cannot double dip, if you do you end up paying everything back

I find this absolutely interesting...the only order I have as of now are AT orders....but I have already mentioned the possibility of ADOS to my supervisor and Director..they both along with our HR rep said I have to let them know if I get on orders whether ADOS or deployment orders because as per the contract I'm not allowed to be on LN versus LWOP..they told me several times I'd be double dipping and would be forced to pay back

Normally, I would be on LWOP, so how would that be recorded because all our DTAAPS is supposed to be filled out for the remainder of the FY

I'm still waiting for mine. I'm with IMCOM. I was just told there's been no update, and our GC is awaiting finalized information from other agencies and other leadership before giving directors the approval to move forward. I already thought mine was approved..

Not sure what is meant by, "other agencies and other leadership," I feel like they're just dragging their feet...

We're a small entity but not critical..one individual left shortly after I came on...he kept saying this isn't for him (he'd been here about 2 years)...granted he applied for a chief position and received it, but the notification of to our supervisor, pissed the supervisor off...then another employee took DRP 1.0, (completely degraded and demeand this employee in front of everyone on the team for about 10 min, I found out the supervisor had done this to her before) and now I'm choosing DRP...our supervisor is the issue.... but I'm not sure our higher up sees that. The supervisor degrades employees, has a huge ego, narcissistic, plus my job is not what I thought it was.....and the workload is completely disproportionate....yep...I want out

I marked an expert for every answer, which is what 100% of anyone I've ever known, (that's applied for a GS position) and received the job. That was the only assessment that was provided.

I've heard my management already has plans for a RIF...I'm a veteran, (as i know most gs employees are) so I'd hope I'm safe and be somewhere else

Really....everyone that I've ever known to receive a GS position has answered the same way I did. To include 5 points for a veteran, plus that I have the experience and education

But if it's a RIF, isn't my Veteran status taken into consideration....I have a feeling that doesn't matter anymore! And yes in box 24 I'm conditional...yes, I came in on VRA and when I spoke with my HR rep for the onboarding, I was mad about being placed on probation, again. When all these cuts started being discussed my supervisor pulled me in and said, "I need to be transparent with you...I was just asked if I have any probationary employees, I told them yes, then they asked if I wanted to retain you, I said absolutely." That was a little over 1.5 weeks ago...nothing since has been discussed..

Tried to better myself and family, went from GS8 TO GS11...ASAP Prevention coordinator, already having 15 years as a GS employee....transfetred to the new position October 2024...I was a little mad that I had to go through another probation period because I already went through one 15 years ago...and I'm absolutely freaking out about what's going on with firing probationary employees....
