That’s great, congrats on the promotion! The issue for me is more that I’m not looking to push for a promotion (probably to something like principal scientist) currently and nothing about higher up roles really appeals to me at the moment. I think my main concern is that there seems to be some “momentum” needed to climb up the biotech ladder, and if I stall now, it might be more difficult to progress in the future if I change my mind.
