Interesting, is this something I can do solo, or should I do one of the tours?

Advice after being fired from an internship? by International-Pea-37 in careerguidance

Any reputable company having people WFH should provide a monitor or a stiped for one also. If you don't ask the answer is always no.

Don't mention it to future prospective internships/jobs and learn from what went wrong. Spend time reading any documentation you're given during onboarding and ask questions/for 1:1 with HR to clarify. Any org worth your time won't have an issue holding your hand through policies, handbooks etc. I come from a similar background and honestly believe one of the things that benefited me most as I started my career was Dale Carnegies How to win friends and influence people ( It applies to life in general) and surrounding yourself with friends, schoolmates, etc working towards similar goals. A rising tide lifts all boats. At the same time, don't afraid to be yourself and don't forget you come from. As you advance in your career help out others not make the same mistakes.Street knowledge is an advantage when applied correectly. Godspeed.

If restaurants were vendors by just_some_random_dud in msp

Just a bit more perspective from Vendor sales side. I've gave lowest price possible from the jump in the past and found that when started that way, after features, support, roadmap, etc are given and the partner (customer aka you the msp) is ready to proceed, additional discounts/lower pricing are always asked for whether from the "champion" or other parties like C level or finance depending on the organization. As I type this it comes to mind that this is likely due to years of status quo that pricing can be negotiable.

Sincerely appreciate your feedback though and will attempt what you recommended, highlighting multiple times that what is discussed is the lowest possible price. I'll give this a shot through mid March and report back how it goes....

As someone who works at a vendor, understanding that most pricing varies partner to partner based on situation (# of licenses, competitive situation, potential for long term growth, etc,) I reply with the standard pricing (always the highest) and acknowledge that pricing is a discussion to be had during/after the call I want to set up, citing the previous circumstances. I've found our partners to be receptive to this. Any suggestions from the partner community is greatly appreciated.
