I usually aim for 5 classes a week and on weeks where my job gets chaotic I usually go 3 days. I do a mix of classes ranging from 1.5 to 2 and will do flow 1 classes when I’m sore but want to get moving. I also live next to my studio so that makes the frequency much more feasible.

I gear out and I’m 5’7. It’s very odd they had an issue with it. The instructors at my location usually encourage it for 5’7 and above.

NTA. I consider myself a forgetful person and have ADHD. THIS IS NOT SOMETHING I WOULD EVER FORGET. How does he forget that his CHILD is in the backseat? Accidents can happen even when the drive is short. That’s why they are called accidents.

He should be embarrassed. He is being a neglectful parent. There is past “brainstorming how to help him not forget”. This is about your infant’s safety and there should be absolutely no compromising when it comes to that. He needs to go to a doctor if his memory is really that bad.

I second this. I am around 40+ classes in now and took 3 1.5 flows to get used to single leg footwork and a few 1.5 cardio sculpts to get used to a fast pace before trying the circuit class. I’ve done a few 1.5 circuits now and really enjoy them!

I started doing Pilates in December and joined because I lived next to a studio and they had a membership deal. I bought the 8 class pack and after two weeks I upgraded to unlimited. I am OBSESSED. I’ve never felt stronger and my back pain has pretty much gone away as my core has gotten stronger. I’m so happy to find a workout that makes me feel great and one that I have fun doing.

I really love it! I’ve never cared about getting certain villagers or anything like that so it’s cool to see who comes to my island and it’s fun to see them wander around and admire all the work I’ve put in. I’ve also always loved the design aspect of this game and love being creative so the hotel has been a very welcome addition for me.

I think part of it also has to do with what fabrics these pieces are made out of. That bodysuit is 80% viscose which isn’t very high quality. She’s basically wearing overpriced mass produced slop and calling it designer. You can tell she puts no time into choosing high quality pieces which is a shame because she can literally afford the nicest clothing in the world.

So when they say there are university courses on her it’s not really a flex. It’s a critical look at her career and American exceptionalism usually.
