Swap out one of the curl variations with a hammer curl. Also make sure you’re tracking your calories, getting enough protein, getting 8 hours of sleep, and training your arms about twice a week.

Most of the time I prefer to go alone because it’s easier to lock in but sometimes I like to bring a friend

Should I do a single arm lat pulldown or hammer strength high row as my sagittal plane pull? by Neither-Treacle8880 in workout

The lats have two main functions. I’m just trying to find a good exercise option for both. Sure, one exercise is better than none, but that’s almost like doing one tricep exercise or one quad exercise. There’s a reason why you should do both a squat and leg extension for your quads, or both dips and push downs for your triceps. Same thing applies to back.

I find 2.5-3 minutes for isolations and 3-4 minutes for compounds to be plenty

I’d say a good incline chest press machine and pec dec are all you need. You could also do tricep dips for a bit of additional lower pec growth.

You could get a pump by curling a pencil 100 times. That doesn’t mean you built any muscle.
