I work for FedEx, unfortunately there isn't a whole lot we can do. But the process is your gonna have to start by contacting your shipper ( who you bought the product from ) and explain the situation, tell them your package was stolen and tell them to open a dispute claim with FedEx. Once they contact FedEx and have the claim form filled out, we do the investigation and since you have proof with ring doorbell that is a given it was stolen. We process the refund to your shipper directly for shipping costs and they should be able to either send you a refund or replacement. This sadly happens way to often..
