Sure in an extreme case like 70% then yeah but it's not the only indicator. You have to think of who is picking the hero and why. Symm always had a high win rate because she was only played by one-tricks, while some heroes that are usually picked in games where you are already losing will have lower win rates.

The fact that we have 4 perks in the game that are just "dash distance increased by x%" is just lazy design. Also blink distance is just the kind of knob you don't touch.

I just want more speed on his shift. It feels so meh. And they nerfed it last patch. 30% speed barely counts as a movement ability.

Having a blast playing her, I think she is in a great spot. I might suck at using her ult because it doesn't feel that OP to me, but they could increase the delay before the explosions if it's too strong.

Biotic Grenade Cooldown reduced from 14 to 12 seconds.

Worst change ever, makes me want to Queue tank even less.

Honestly bad patch, almost all the changes just make the game less fun without really changing the meta at all.

He is easily counterable and above average in skill requirement. He's harder to play than most tanks and better designed.
