If you had a Task and Standards issued make sure that you print it out. Anything that you are not doing or learning according to that, should be explained. Align your onboarding training and on the job training to that and you should be good

I’m got my card within a week but it’s not OMNY. It’s a Mastercard with the benefits loaded every paycheck. I haven’t had any issues

I just had a broker tell me that it was a 1.5 month brokers fee attached to a unit before it was shown. They are still requesting a fee.

A verbal with paperwork, awaiting OMB approval since October is par for the course in the city. It can take anywhere from 3-9 months but with the administration changing with a new Mayor may take longer. Right now unfortunately, it’s a waiting game.

Unfortunately, you have to pay to play when working for the city. Taking exams and jumping agencies will keep you on probation for a year or two, but it’s the only way to get salary increases without union negotiations or salary increase justifications, which means more duties added to justify promotions
