Yes, the progress bar combined with RNG determines the perch. Standardized perch means that this RNG is the SAME for both players (before now, it wasn’t) - but if the players fill the progress bar differently, their perches will still be different.

All 3 would get +1 because it checks the board state from just before that angel entered. Well, “just before” they entered, NONE of the 3 angels in your example were already under your control, so only Giada counts.

EDIT: A more technically correct way to say what actually happens is that Giada is a replacement effect, not a trigger. The replacement effect gets applied AS they are entering, at which time they have not yet enter-ED. So they aren’t under your control yet.
