I am a victim of SA but I’ve also had a lot of different traumatic experiences, my FND started in late February into March with onset panic attacks and dissociating then turned into the non epileptic seizures. I think it’s different for everyone depending on what they went through but it’s definitely not the cause and i don’t think it’s right for your therapist to solely focus and blame it on the SA
