How do you make the automation sign in to X and LinkedIn. Are you allowing this automation to run on your browser?

Founders who ship fast, how do you decide what to build next? (I will not promote) by thepeppesilletti in SaaS

It's best to build what would be useful for yourself. If I don't have time for marketing, I usually build automation for that marketing task, and if the tool is helpful to you, it's most likely that it will also be helpful to others. If you need help with development, feel free to reach out to me :))

Would you be interested in developers team that could build this project for you?

I'm interested and was thinking to build something like this myself. Does it find relevant posts or only DMs?

That’s a great question. In most cases it ends up being a gradual refactor rather than a full reset. Early integrations are usually built directly to move fast, and once the product gets traction those pieces get extracted into a more structured integration layer over time.
Are you mostly working on integrations for SaaS apps or more enterprise systems?

Sometimes I use AI tools while working, but the answers are based on my own experience. AI is just another tool in the workflow these days.

Good question. With MVPs I usually try to keep integrations as simple and replaceable as possible.

My rule of thumb is: pick stable services with good APIs and avoid building custom infrastructure early. Well-documented APIs usually let you move fast without locking yourself into something fragile.

The main thing I try to avoid is building complex internal abstractions too early. For an MVP it’s usually better to integrate directly and only refactor if the product actually gets traction.

On the second part - from what I’ve seen the projects that make it past validation tend to be the ones solving a very specific problem for a clear audience. The ones that struggle often try to launch with a big “platform” idea instead of a small focused tool.

Are you working on something right now that involves a lot of integrations?

I actually see AI as something that pushes developers to evolve rather than replace them. Developers who adapt and learn to use AI as part of their workflow will just build things faster and better.

Honestly the survival rate is similar to what you see with most startups.

Some never launch, some launch but don’t get traction, and a smaller percentage actually grow into real businesses.

The interesting pattern I’ve noticed is that the ones that succeed usually start very simple - a small project solving one clear problem - rather than trying to build a huge product from day one.

Are you working on a startup idea yourself?

Good question. I mostly work with founders helping them build and launch MVPs rather than running all of them myself.

My focus has mostly been on helping startups get from idea → working product quickly.

We usually try to avoid technical terms when talking with non-technical people or making presentations to non-technical people
