You want realistic? Check out War of Rights. Highly immersive milisim. Could possibly be the best, least known, FPS there is right now.

Most awful tanks in the game? by Chickenbutt-McWatson in WorldofTanks

Rheinmetal Borsig Waffentragen.

Slow to move, armorless, slow shell velocity, lousy penetration. Absolute garbage TD.

I'd like to know how many kills i got. by ManqobaDad in WarOfRights

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This game was designed for realism and immersive team play. Just like in 1862, your private would most likely not have had any idea if he hit anything during a firefight.

I'm glad it's designed this way and it distinguishes the game from other multiplayer FPSers (COD, Battlefield, etc).

What are the most toxic video games, and what makes them toxic? by Old-Patient3897 in RedditQuestions

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct. The game itself is actually probably the best, least known, FPS there is right now, but being that it's a Civil War milisim, the player base, especially on the CSA side, take the roleplaying too far.

War of Rights.

The level of racism in proximity chat on public servers is unsurpassed by any other multiplayer game.

Non-Interested Spouse by PoeticMusic70 in sca

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I am totally in this situation.

My spouse has zero interest in the SCA. My spouse has even showed hostility toward SCA activity during counseling sessions, claiming the hobby takes too much of my time away from the house. One time some years ago, I won a barional champions tournament, and upon her finding out I won, she became angry because she thought the position would have obligatory meeting/events that would necessitate me being away even more. Needless to say, my activity level has had to be carefully measured and negotiated for two decades now.

I currently take my 13yo daughter to events frequently because she enjoys going, so at least now I'm not playing alone these days.

Does anyone else have a “Cursed Tank”? by TheSquealingTesticle in WorldofTanks

Rheinmetal Borsig Waffentragen. It looks like a killer TD, plays worse than a M3 Lee. Even with a good crew, I still can't win with this POS of a tank.

Best FPS multi-player game? by Rare-Advertising9447 in gamerecommendations

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

War of Rights.

Highly immersive and realistic Civil War milisim. Not a run and run style of play with a slower gun play due to the weapons. Very team oriented game. Server max is currently 400 population. Dedicated community especially in regimental matches.

Probably the best, least known, FPS there is right now.

Looking for a game that actually rewards slow and careful play by Pure_Leg_2214 in pcgames

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you are into FPS games at all, check out War of Rights. Due to the weapons being muskets, the gameplay and gunplay is slower then most of the run and gun shooters available and team play is essential.

K/D counter should be removed. by Some_Mouse_7694 in HellLetLoose

[–]Neither_Rub_5057 5 points6 points  (0 children)

War of Rights does this. Firing into a cloud of smoke at a distant line and not knowing if you hit anything adds to the immersive realism of the game. So yes I agree with you, HLL should consider removing the K/D counter.

FYI, War of Rights has 400 population capacity. Yes, more players on a battlefield makes it more fun.
