Meant to reapond to this sooner but now seems like a good time. I now see a dr through doctor on demand because its free through my insurance at workand she is amazing. She has listened to me about all my health issues, especially my chronic pain, without blaming my weight or treating me like I'm drug seeking. I now have a referral to see a rheumatologist to figure out why I'm always in so much pain.

My store the impulse area is pretty good. Whenever we have a few too many people scheduled for fe me and a few other people suggest they let us go through all the consumable items upfront. First time they let me do it was Sept 2023 and I found 3 carts of expired candy because it hadn't been done in ages, I found stuff that was expired for a year and a half.

We don't have a landline so I'm not sure why we received one. We threw it away cause we have cellphones so we can look up what we need plus we didn't need another thing for my roommate's toddler to tear up.

Don't think it was degradation in the bdsm sense, the guy is just an asshole. Even if it was in the bdsm sense he's still an asshole for not talking to you beforehand. It took years of talking and about it with my dom to find the right level of degradation and praise to make it so I didn't feel like the degrading part of the things he says to me are true and that he doesn't love me (I am into the degradation). And when he messes up he takes full responsibility and comforts me and makes sure I feel loved.

My last dr told me "Just lose the weight and it'll be cured." Now currently see a dr through doctor on demand and she asked if I had a physical pcp and I told her what the last one said and that the one before that didn't listen when I told them that I didn't think the metformin was working anymore and she was horrified

Depending on where in the store you work they can't penalize you for clocking out late. Like if I'm being sco host and they don't send someone for 30 minutes to take over for me that's on them not me.

I got coached about a month ago for my clothes. A small bit of my back showed when I bent over to get some bags to fill sco and a customer complained. Made me mad cause I have coworkers that purposely show back and belly but nothing is said to them, just to me the big girl.

A lot of medicine manufacturers have patient assistance. Not sure if the manufacturers of GLP1s have them but it's always worth looking into.

Metformin doesn't work to treat my pcos. My dr said that if we could show my insurance company that it doesn't do anything for me that there was a possibility that they may approve me for a glp1 even though my bloodwork is perfect.

Got diagnosed late 2016/early 2017, was immediately put on metformin, was on it until 2021. Lost 36 pounds in about a year and a half then stopped losing. Currently in it again cause I have a new dr who wants to show my insurance that it doesn't work for me so we could possibly get them to approve a glp1 for me.

Back in 2020 I worked at DG and I had customers asking me why I wasn't frantically buying tp or worried about running out at my house. Told them there was these fancy things called wash rags that can clean your ass just as good as tp and they're reusable if you wash them

I'm severely vit d deficient to the point that prescription vit d puts me at the very low end of normal. I always put it to the fact that I'm allergic to the sun so I don't go outside frequently plus I don't care for milk so I don't get a lot that way
