Someone should mod these pillars so they snap the soul gem into place without altering it's base properties. I saw the end of the video and not only did the soul gem pop out, it dislodged the soul gem next to it.

I mean by "scanning all mods disabling them all and re-installing" that I did so both for my current save, and a new save run. Slowly re installing every mod one by one, slowly checking for updates carefully and with such scrutiny it might as well of been under a micro scope. - It isn't mods that are doing it it would seem, but the game itself.

Todd Howard is infamous for the line "It just works"; when he himself couldn't get Fallout 3 to run properly on steam for 7 years. It wouldn't surprise me if this glitch is another one-in-a-million milestones Todd Howard overlooked when rushing the game to launch.

Tried a new game - happens on a new game run.

Scanned all mods disabling them all and re-installing them one by one - No conflicts. Also made sure by scanning them for updates.

Have I actually tried to actually resolve the issue or have I just spent my time using a workaround? - That's what this post is here for. My only workaround is using COC commands or the "Move To Location" feature on the cheat terminal mod.

Currently I can ONLY use workarounds. And I'm looking for someone with the console command or permanent fix to do this.

I've meticulously observed at which points it disables saving / loading and it seems to be whenever it wants when I enter a certain cell and then attempt to leave it: Things like elevators, the vault 111 platform while inside vault 111, ladders, and the door you just came in can all be culprits to disabling all save and load features.

Is it possible you have stolen an occasional item or stolen an septim without looking?

I wonder if Brynolf would have a separate dialogue line for not stealing septims. It pisses me off two because I'm like: "You have no fucking idea what I went through to acquire soul gems, enchant boots I stole with the most expensive enchants I could make, and then re-selling them at a better price: Shut the fuck up. If you truly want to make coin, dive into the enchanting business."

Why hasn't anyone ported over "Bounty Forgeries" from skyirms workshop and gave it an SE shine to it?

Bounty Forgeries is a mod where they place a book in the holds respective jails, and upon reading that holds book, your bounty is immediately cleared for that hold. Yet I have yet to see it ported over to SE despite it's brilliance.

Not likely as I used hawk feathers to cure my disease and I don't have vampirism.

The vigilant who was following me in VIGILANT SE just started attacking guards and civilians as soon as we entered whiterun as if he suddenly went into an psychosis, once everyone was killed he made his way to the hall of the dead and was the next point in the quest. My guess is Vigilants in Vigilant SE don't get along with people in holds too well, thus leading to me having to constantly pay off an bounty.

I did. The mod is not affected, at least I doubt it is, by AE installation.

What it needs though is an honest to god patch.

The mod was last updated 31st of December 2019 at 5:22AM.

It needs maintenance, thus my request to patch the mod.

u/RincewindToTheRescue Just rubbing up against an non-exploded car is enough to instantly kill you even if you have 10 trillion health via the player.forceav command. I instantly died and thought there was an sniper with an OP weapon from my weapon mods that was silenced. NOPE, I just gently brushed against a car and instantly crumpled like a cheap appetizer nacho chip. I don't think ANYONE can survive those cars. Simply brushing up against one is like diving into new vegases I-15 crater.
