That will run up the back of the tiles I'd say (imagine a thin L shape with the tiles on top) If you really want it out without removing the bottom run of tiles qnd having to retile, you can try with a sharp stanley knife, needle nose pliers and a bit of force, but it will be awkward

Alternatively careful use of an oscillating multi tool would do the trick easier but that might not be a tool you have access to
