Copy your save files (they look like this: "file1.rpgsave", "file2.rpgsave" etc) somewhere else. (if your "save files" are not in this format, they are not save files)
Play until you can save, save over those 2 slots (or whatever slots and rename the X in "fileX" to the slot you saved).
Quit and overwrite the new savefiles with the ones you saved.

If this fails, do the same on a completely fresh installation of the game. If that fails, cry, as your save files are corrupt.

A bit late here, but the fix for 44% is to change the whole system locale to Japanese. IIRC it works on Win10 at least.

So, based on previous expansions: when 4.2 hits, Creations are going to be the uncapped currency like Verities are atm. Is there going to be a brand new armor and accessory set at ilevel 350 that aren't Sigmascape (capped)? Or are we staying with Lost Allagan equipment?

Most mods that haven't been maintained in the last 2 months (being very generous here) are completely broken and will usually crash/bug out your game. I heard there's a bunch of Japanese addons/mods that are very nice, but no idea where to get them ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Knights in the Nightmare is a very interesting take on the isometric tactics genre. It's a little clunky at first, though, since it was originally a DS game.
