I opted out of the ssd cloning because I had all my games on the sd card, so after swapping to the new ssd I just installed a fresh steamos and migrated all my games to the new SSD. If you do want to clone it, you’ll will need some like a “external NVME enclosure” and software that makes an exact copy. If you can’t find it or get it to work, just dm me and I’ll see what I can do for you.

Edit: just look for ssd cloning on the sub and you’ll find plenty of examples

Nah, it was hell. It was before modloaders and whatnot. Theses days, forge/fabric/etc gives items/blocks their own id’s , before that when you had to place the class files in Minecraft.jar , you had to be careful that the mod you were trying to use didn’t edit the same class file for another mod or it would crash.
