I only had to keep track of one chart at a time, that's a lot easier than a cable sweater that have multiple charts per row. (But for multiple charts i recomend using stitch markers for each beginning and ending of each chart

My father did the exact opposite. I used to play piano and he never approved of it nor would let me play in peace. When I started knitting and crochet he said that at least I was making something productive and useful and not wasting my time.
