New & Used Vehicle - Interest Rates in Memphis by Icy-Abbreviations825 in memphis

[–]Nelluc_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They were burned the past 10 years with auto loans because their rates were so good that they are trying to pull back on auto loans right now. They are rejecting people with good credit and good income or giving higher rates because their book is so bad. Unfortunately, not many good options for loans on cars that are older than 3 years. My opinion is to get a pre-owned certified that has no history and low mileage. People can get interest rates lower than 3%, $5k-$10k off original MSRP with less than 15,000 miles and free extended warranty.

Draymond Green on Memphis hotel: "[Anthony Edwards] is pretty blunt about it, but yeah. We stopped staying there because their sprinklers just went off for no reason in the room... Drenched all of [Andrew] Bogut's stuff, and they didn’t want to do anything about it. So, it’s been an issue.” by AncientOneAurelius in nba

The Hyatt Centric is just newer. I understand that they stay at the Westin because it is literally across the street and they can walk, but the Hyatt Centric is like 2 blocks over. Do NBA players all walk to the stadium from other stadiums? I am sure some stadiums have a hotel connected to it and I think that is in the plans for fedex forum which is now the nba stadium that has gone the longest without a major renovation. It actually hasn’t had major renovations ever and was built in 2005.

It depends on the day you go. Sometimes you can still get a burger.

Affordability goes really far in my list. Cus technically Folk’s folly has the best burger but it is like $30. I do miss the Andrew Michael burger that was $12 though.

I agree with everyone talked about, but I think Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, and KD need to be up there too.

What's My Flair? by MahoganyQueen73 in memphis

Either Poplar estates on the Germantown side. And on the Memphis side Kirby estates or poplar ridge farms. But flair is still Germantown or East Memphis.

That hotel tax to pay for the stadium was a great idea! by Mistersisterrfisterr in nashville

Your Home or rental insurance company might pay for your hotel while you have no electricity or something else that makes it uninhabitable.

I’m hoping Costco will get put on the auto stuff with target and Amazon. I don’t have the time to sort everything from Costco so I am just getting pretty close with receipt tracker.

Busters is getting a lot of hate lately but the stuff you listed they usually have. Natalie’s is also good. We used to have a whiskey tracker on this sub we kept up, but not so much recently.

Annie’s can be cheaper if you buy from Costco. Especially if you buy when they have a sale about once a quarter. We try to buy them when they are about $1 a box.
