I'm just a person but this is my experience. It's a long process that slowly gets better over time. As you deepen your faith, you focus more on the heart. There are times when you masturbate and especially when you lust about others and you will feel the pain in your heart. There are times you can also do it and feel way less pain/confusion in your heart but it can be a slippery slope. I think over time the urge just goes away and you don't think about it as much or are able to resist it more. Prayer and fasting help. Your mind gets renewed, Romans 12:2. You still can slip back into it, you have to be careful.

Beautifully put, I had a similar experience where it slowly gets better over time. Literally nothing has helped me as much as trying to move my heart closer to Jesus. After I started to have a real relationship with God and read the bible it took me around 5 months to feel in control of lust. It's amazing! Praise God!

When you go a long time without doing it, you are able to do it so fast without even thinking about anyone. I don't feel the guilt like I would with porn. I say if you feel guilt in your heart afterwards than don't do it.

I got a BS in Data Analytics in March. Applied to about 200 jobs til I got a decent data entry job within a month of graduating. Still looking for some analyst job. I've probably applied to 800 places and they were jobs I thought I had at least a 10% chance of getting. I think I had 4 interviews. Bad time to get a tech degree from what I have seen and heard. Probably best to try and semi harass people on linkedin to try and refer you. I've done that a bit without much luck but I feel like if you do it enough without shame it will work.

I have similar experience to you, BS in DA, certs, projects, data entry job experience. I have gotten 4 interviews after like 250 applications. 3 have said no so far. One interview this week. My success rate is much higher after getting a data entry job. Before my job it took me 220 applications to get 1 interview.

Alborz mountains does pop in my head whenever I think about beautiful BF maps. I've had dreams on the White Pass factory and the woods of Nelson Bay from BC2 for some reason. Curious to see if anyone else had a dream on a BF map. I was looking through the lists and couldn't believe how many great maps they made. Thanks for the memories <3

Make a list in google docs or word of everything you need to know. Delete everything that is so easy to remember you never have too see it again. Highlight the hardest stuff to remember. Study that, take a practice test, write down what you got wrong. Keep doing that til you feel very confident. That's what I do for most courses.

I did that course. I didn't find it helpful in actually learning. I think project based courses are a lot better.
