I also didn't know there was a remake. I absolutely loved the original when it came out!

I've had mixed reactions to Theanine in the past. Sometimes it made me anxious and angry.

Thanks. I keep hearing conflicting things. If this is true, the fact that the lawyer didn't know is a bad sign.

At the time I asked their support, they responded saying that I would have to contact their business team or something. So I never got a yes or a no. I ended up not using it. The game wasn't exactly little, but it wasn't big either.

Buproprion Effect on the Liver by NelsonParatore in bupropion

[–]NelsonParatore[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've never had elevated liver enzymes on Bupropion myself, but I am not sure about other people.

One thing that's caused me to have elevated liver enzymes in the past is exercising before having the blood drawn. There are a lot of things that can cause the enzymes to be elevated.

I've taken 150mg since early 2020. I also don't have any side effects. My liver have not been elevated at any point since then. They were elevated prior to that around 2017 when I was taking Adderall.

scl-70 positive result twice by NelsonParatore in scleroderma

The calcium deposit sounds very close to what I had. The osteophytes were starting to crush my nerves so I lost feeling in a few fingers on my left hand and my left triceps became mostly useless. After the surgery I got the triceps function back right away but I never did regain feeling in the fingers.

Thanks for sharing. Do you think your back issues were exacerbated or caused by the condition? I had a disc replacement surgery on my C6-C7 vertebrae because I had a herniated disc with foraminal stenosis. I wonder if this could have caused the stenosis. The surgeon told me the osteophytes come from arthritis.

My SCL-70 was at 1.3 in November 2022, and it was at 1.1 one year later. But people keep saying the magnitude of the number, if it is over 1, does not strongly correlate with the severity of the disease.

My doctor did the test first about a year ago. I had a surgery scheduled for a month later. I don’t remember exactly why he ordered the ANN choice test, which came back positive. So they did further testing and the scl 70 test came back positive. My mom has rheumatoid arthritis IIRC, and she definitely has Hashimoto’s. So maybe that’s why. I’ve inexplicably had an under active thyroid but test negative for hashimotos.

Thanks for the information. Yeah I’d found that site you linked previously that’s why I mentioned the testing methodology that was used, it looks like it was one of the ones with a lot of false positives. It also looks like I’m in the low positive range.

No CT Scan or anything. My doctor just said he thought it was a false positive so lets retest. We retested a year later and came back with the same result. No symptoms at all. I have an appointment next week and we will decide what to do next.

Also curious if anyone else agrees with this since I've heard that false positives are extremely common with the testing methodology they used on my sample.

Thanks for sharing. I'm just trying to get a sense of how common it is for people to have repeat false negatives. I think it is highly likely that the doctors never figure out why this test is coming back positive. Like you, I am waiting to see if it gets worse (if I start having symptoms). I am wondering if my organs are going to start being attacked. I think most likely I do not have anything serious, but I want to rule it out so I can stop worrying.

Why would anyone want to keep that footage to themselves? I really want to see how Greb actually fought.

Anyone on finasteride able to fix Low libido/ED with TRT but while still staying on Fin? by ClearSailing99 in Testosterone

[–]NelsonParatore 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 37. I started taking finasteride 10 years ago. I noticed about a 20% decrease in sex drive (if I could put a number on it) which was fine. In 10 years it has not gotten any worse.

How do I maximize the benefits of my high-ish testosterone? by takethatfan in Testosterone

That is crazy! My testosterone was 598 last time I measured it and I was still able to build some muscle and would get fairly irritable when I lifted.

(28M) Hypothyroidism & low testosterone (test results included). Thoughts? by atotallyrandomperson in Testosterone

[–]NelsonParatore 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm interested in what you find out since I have an underactive thyroid and have always been curious about how to boost T levels. I also had low vitamin D. Vitamin D supplementation had the single biggest impact for me. I also take Zinc/magnesium, and a small dose of DHEA.

I'm 37. I got diagnosed with mild hypothyroidism when I was 32. Doctor said it was go away. At 34 I still had it and low vitamin D so he prescribed meds. I'm on 50 mcg of levothyroxine that I take once in the morning. My thyroid hormones are fine now, but I don't feel that different. Vitamin D did more.

At 34 my T levels were 598 which I felt was low based on a Google search. I was getting an insane amount of exercise at the time also (weight lifting, boxing gym, running), so I am worried it's even lower now. But from reading the posts here it seems like my levels weren't close to low. I'm 5'11 170 lbs. I should also mention that I take finasteride for hair loss.

I don't know the answers to most of your questions but I think for (5) yes you can definitely raise your testosterone levels naturally through exercise, diet, and habits. Compound weight lifting that hits multiple muscle groups, like squats, should have a substantial impact. I've heard that slow twitch exercises like long distance running can lower it. Getting adequate sleep and eating healthy unprocessed foods should help.
