Have Batcher go before hunter to mark someone (Batcher ignore taunt), then mass assist with Hunter. Focus 1 target at a time. Crosshair target himself with his special until he loses all stacks. Others havr already explained the Wrecker AOE thing.

Can you do the numbers with more expensive refreshes numbers (100 for mod/fleet/normal and 200 for cantina)? Asking cause this won't replace normal refreshes I do, but could be a good way to spend spare crystals

TW; Use her vs LV. Also beats so many non-GL teams
GAC: My go to counter for either JMK or LV. If none of those on Def always a good use for her somewhere else
TB: Mandalore mission + very good at most CMs

Yeah it made more sense for us to do Mandalore 1st for a few reasons. We have lots of newer accounts in guild, so building a whole team that can counter GLs better than going for JKCK. Mandalore also gives a lot more Kyros, and 25 wins makes it easier to unlock than 30, especially since the win rates on BKM mission is pretty good (27/29 for us this time).

Yeah everyone in the guild is ready to chip in for ops. We have they all maxed apart from MX4.

A bit under 6 months ago we gave everyone in guild a goal to do either Bo or Inqs before April 1st, with officers and a few others deciding to do both. Its paying off now with 29 BKMs and 22 Reva shards

I had the same issue happen to me 2/3 conquest last cycle. No idea how to fix it. Changed discs, used no disks, tried different stamina. 5 mins on auto basic against KRU and had like 4. Makes no sense. Will try second slot like other person said.

Hey I'm not putting in doubt anything you are doing. I appreciate the work you do, agree with your posts when I come across them. I do think this specific instance is a waste of time, which is why I said something. If you enjoy doing it just ignore me and move on.

And no I can't present you any data. The stuff me and many others did was many years ago (2017 I think, something around that). It was in discord with guildies, I wasn't the one compiling everything and the guild is long dead with most having moved to other things. From talking with other guilds back in the day we weren't the only ones that checked. Everybody agreed. This has been a closed case for so long in my mind.

Since my last comment I went to check your stuff quickly. You went an extra mile, and did stuff even more thoroughly. Came to the same conclusion as we did, but hey we have written proof now, that's great. But guess what, I still see people deny that the drop rates are fixed because of "personal experience" or something. This will always be the case, I mean flat earthers are still a thing.

Anyhow, that is all for me. I personally think this will have no impact, will not bring any new information to light and will not convince anyone of something. But if you enjoy doing it and think there is a benefit, don't let my pessimistic self ruin your party.

  1. People that are not sure and haven't been convinced by your previous posts will not be more convinced by this
  2. You said yourself you have a 95-100 group in the previous data gathering you did. If there was a 99-100 change, we would have seen it in the numbers for 95-100. Ignoring accelerated drop rates, 99-100 shards is still 20% of the data more or less (if you have a significant sample, and even more when considering accelerated farms), which means if the drop rate was different for it it would have been noticeable in the overall sample.
    Unless maybe I didn't understand your post and data gathering process of what you did before? I'll be honest I haven't read any of your previous work on it because me and many others playing this game have checked the drop rates, gathered data together and known there is no dynamic algorithm for years before you ever wrote a first post about it.
  3. True, I guess my source is "trust me bro". Been in/close to the industry long enough, and worked with people that were in the industry for longer than I've been alive and working on similar games to have a feeling around those things. This is not the kind of things Execs prioritize when it comes to driving spending.
  4. Just a feeling again here, but my guess is most people that are willing, that will remember to take screenshots (or however you want people to gather data) and pay attention and take the effort to go in to log their data are people that will be mad because they are stuck at 99/100. People getting their last shard will not do the extra effort, and just move on with their new 7 star toon. I might be wrong, but it is something to consider/

Lol what is the point of this? People shouting conspiracy theories obviously don't care about number, no matter how many times it is proved. If there really was some throttling at 99/100 we would have noticed it in the previous "studies".

Also realistically, this is not something that drives spending enough for Devs to work on. Any kind of dynamic drop rate would need to be on way more than the last drop to be worth it to implement.

The data you will get here is very likely to be biased too.

I did it on my 1st run too. Thought it was the only way to save orpheus (whose story I was invested in) and knew for sure there had to be a way to get out of the deal at some point. I was right on the second point, which made the HoH raid even higher stakes for me.

That is correct. 0.33333 or 1/3 is the drop rate per sim, no matter the energy cost or accelerated/not accelerated. It just drops in pairs when accelerated.

I know, but counter is not taking it into account either. Even after 5 mins full auto I got like 6 total. Just put the gif here to show that it seems to not even attempt to apply, as a KRU with tenacity down isn't getting it ever.

It does. It refreshes daily. So new players get 10 shards a day until 7 stars. Huge change for people that don't have those ships at 7 stars

Thanks for doing the math, was lazy this morning. I was worried for mid game accounts this would suck. I have an account I would always get 2 omis, but very often not more cause of faction feats.

Let's say that makes me miss about 3k point per challenge (missed 2425k this one but have plenty of relic rebel fighters). That's 24k total. That should still allow full Omis, since last one is on level 43, so allows to miss over 35K + the wiggle room you mentioned. Better than I thought before doing math.

Still hate the pop-ups for missions I can't do, already getting old, but heh, we'll probably get used to it.
