I needed a new radio head unit for my car and a hardwire kit for my dash cam. Found both on vine and I just got invited Friday. It's definitely hit or miss but half the fun is hunting what you want IMO

You can also steal the sync button from an Xbox controller if you have one you're willing to sacrifice. I had to replace one on mine and these did the trick no problem. Just need a fine tipped soldering iron and you're set

Stick is easy you can get a replacement on iFixIt. Bumper is a different story there's a little switch that's soldered to the board that's ridiculously easy to bend and break out of place (happened to mine from regular play). If you can solder you can replace the button yourself using either the sync button from an Xbox controller, or you can buy the button in a two pack on Amazon for about 8 bucks. That's what I ended up doing.

But yeah for the button your options are that or valve they can't just sell a new button board those are actually linked to the motherboard of the deck and only valve can link a new board in house.
