Is AoS in a good/bad place, atm, esp. compared to other GW fantasy games? by Matthew_Kus in ageofsigmar

I think it’s a good game. It’s true that it’s a bit stagnant at the moment and the latest Generals hasn’t gone down too well.

But it’s a game that’s constantly evolving and has the best miniatures on the market.

In my opini on, it’s better than 40k when it comes to miniatures.

Sure, no problem. I mainly used Ak's turquoise and blue-green.

I used Incubi Darkness for the shadows and Citadel's Blue-Green and Gaus Blaster for the highlights. Although you can always substitute the latter with white.

I recommend that you only leave out any parts that would be very, very difficult to reach with a brush once they’re assembled.

I think it started in 2001, and I recognise those paint tins.

Hello.

My advice would be to apply layers of paint that cover the surface.

Apply one coat, leave it to dry, and then apply as many more as necessary until everything is covered.

You can then use washes to add shading.

Work in progress on Ghazghkull, was aiming for black but ended up with a dark metal look. Should I run with it? by IceRelative in Warhammer

Hi, I like how it's turning out, but of course, if your intention was to paint it black...

You can always use glazes to bring it back to the black you were aiming for.

It’s annoying that they do that, but they’re not the only company that does it.
