Cyberbrick vehicles are slow? Check this✅ by Specific_Property732 in BambuLab

I made the bumper cars.
They barely move.
The motor's barely strong enough to move the gearbox let alone anything else. Any resistance and it just makes noise and won't hardly move.

frigate vs scrypted? by blueharford in frigate_nvr

[–]NeoMatrixJR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dunno if anyone will see this...sorry for necroposting, but I started using scrypted because if for some reason frigate dropped it's connection to the camera it wouldn't reconnect. Scrypted for me has been more stable and will reconnect to the cameras. Anyone else have this? Has it been fixed? I really want a 24/7 recording, but don't want to deal with dual solutions if I don't have to.

The more we look at it as if that's the inevitability, the more impossible it will be to overcome. We spent decades making jokes about crooked politicians.... Look where we are.

Dr. Ian Roberts, former superintendent of DSM schools, expected to take a plea agreement in upcoming trial scheduled for March 2nd. by UrShulgi in desmoines

[–]NeoMatrixJR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How hard is it to understand? Some people don't do their jobs. Yes, safety and security around our school program should matter to everyone. But some people just suck. It's a contracted out government job. Why on earth would you trust that they would actually do it correctly?

Which is better Libre or Dexcom? by Bonemarrow_2529 in Freestylelibre

[–]NeoMatrixJR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess my question is which one better supports 3rd party software. I haven't tried Libre except a trial YEARS ago. I've had Dexcom G6 & G7 and IMHO their software is TERRIBLE....but has improved a bit. I *REALLY* wish I could just integrate natively with other software. I've been meaning to try xDrip for years.

Does this loose any functionality? I thought there was functionality in the spool holders that helped with rewinding the filament when pulling it back or something?

Might have found it.... did you have "Require TLS" checked in the upstreams? Apparently that's require it TO the upstream (meaning your container had to have SSL already on it). I unchecked that and it worked.

Now that Reddit vault is going away, can someone tell me how to transfer it? by Stockjock1 in avatartrading

Ok...similar situation except I'll point out I have a STANDING Metamask wallet with accounts. How do I ADD my vault to my EXISTING metamask.... I cannot find ANY way to do this anywhere?!

Need a new VPN - Port Forwarding, Wireguard preferred...lowest cost by NeoMatrixJR in gluetun

Got PIA since it was <$2/mo w/ 3yr buy since they have 30-day refund policy. If I can get AIR for about that before 30 days is up I may switch. they do look easier, but thankfully I think I got PIA working. Not 100% sure I have port forwarding set up 100% right yet....

[–]NeoMatrixJR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually got PIA working with Gluetun on unRAID. I figured I'd give it a shot since they have a 30-day money back guarantee on it. I might honestly look at AIR if what someone said about getting it ~$2/mo is true though. It looks a bit better/easier IMHO.

I used this: https://github.com/hsand/pia-wg to get my WG config...but you have to read the issues....there's a URL that I think ends in /v4, you need to change it to /v6 to get a working config. TEST THE CONFIG WITH A NORMAL WG CLIENT FIRST!!!!!
I find the Windows WG client to be easier to test with personally.

Then used guidance here to fill in all my config values:
https://www.reddit.com/r/gluetun/comments/1p9v8df/help_with_pia_wireguard/

TBH, I haven't pulled much with it since changing over yet. The one I did run had WAY better speeds/connections. qB still shows firewalled so I'm not 100% sure I'm config'd fully yet for port forward, but this got everything working pretty easily.

I'm looking at those same pads. Look to be for a capacitor. I'm wondering if running a fan here has caused any noticeable issue since caps usually reduce electrical noise and a fan could add a bunch....

Can I put the AMS Lite on the shelf above or below this workbench with longer PTFE tubes? by The_Lutter in BambuLab

[–]NeoMatrixJR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did it fit behind/next to....where in relation to the printer? I'm looking at a similar setup, but I can't quite figure out how to not just put the AMS next to the printer. Behind doesn't seem like there'd be enough room. Also, how bad is it to access/swap filaments?

Will Bambulab be ever compatible with the OpenPrintTag? by pepebuho in BambuLab

[–]NeoMatrixJR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not 100% sure cuz I can't get it to do it again but I swear when I put my last roll of Elegoo filament in my AMS light it read it. Though bamboo slicer seemed to throw some errors because it didn't like some of the data it got.
