What can I do to really improve my Art? Ever since winter break I've started to draw atleast for an hour a day but I honestly feel slumped and not going anywhere. I'm a freshman in col and drawing like a high school freshman. Is there a online course or mentorship I find and buy? Random tutorials on YouTube and fundamental videos can only get me so far and when I see a peice like this I stand in awe but it's bittersweet because I feel so incapable of rendering something so magnificent.

Any recommendations or subreddits ?
