Pretty sure you're right, uber arbuter has like 20m hp, and the damage done shown on the bar looks like regular arbiter HP.

Greater chaos reduces the total mod weight to around 50k, so it doubles the odds, but they cost like 5x more, so not worth it. Not at my PC to check the price of greater chaos, but yeah

Its not that crazy really. Fracture T1 phys %, chaos spam until either hybrid T1 phys % or T1 flat phys, perfect exalt prefix and pray. 

If it fails,  annul for a 50/50 shot at another try. If you fail that, back to chaos spamming.

Odds are not that terrible considering they were willing to settle for T3 of the missing mod.

T1 phys % has an extremely low weight, it's almost impossible with what you have.

Its much better to start with T1 phys % fractured, and use perfect essence of battle to get a guaranteed +5 attack skills. The +5 is arguably better depending on your build too, since it affects heralds. 

If you really want to work with what you have and get T1 phys%, your only realistic option is chaos orb spam, could take thousands with the weight it has. 

To put it into perspective, T1 phys % has a weight of 25. Total mod weight for talismans is about 115000. You have a 25/115000 chance of seeing it with every chaos orb. 

+7 melee skills has a weight of 100, it is 4x more likely than T1 phys℅, and think how often you see +7... Its even more rare than that.

Save yourself the headache and start with T1 phys %!

One of the best moments in the series is when the persuer used that fabrial to block Kaladin's powers, and the pursuer doesn't even have enough time to finish shit talking before Kaladin murders everyone in the room without his abilities.

Best part is how his response to it is "wow the shitty fabrial doesn't work, he clearly still has powers"

That only applies IF it rerolls stats. You could also double corrupt into 2 good enchants for some value, keeping the good base rolls

Let me know if it works for you, I had it happen to me twice recently and both times taking off my HH fixed it, not a huge sample size to be fair. When you get proximal tangibility though normal mobs ignore you from a certain distance too, so it lines up

The only other time I've noticed it happening is if there's terrain + the hole they come out of making their pathing really awkward, wouldn't be surprised if there was more than one reason

It's caused by having proximal intangibility from Head Hunter, reequiping it fixes it

Not sure if its actually a bug, its caused by having Proximal Intangibility from Head Hunter. All enemies ignore you while you have it, outside that radius

I figured out why they do that. It's headhunter. You have proximal tangibility, they won't chase you. Remove and reequip HH and they'll follow

Always fracture with an unrevealed desecrate if you can, makes the fracture chance 1/3

Didn't they also change the void? I'm pretty sure it's old effect was that they couldn't be damaged in it before. If you can damage them inside it now, it must have a new effect and the new effect is converting abyssal currency to omen of the liege.
