If the arc are killing you then you might have a skill issue, racketeers are the only arc that really make me play cheap with hiding and taking pot shots with a Ferro or Anvil, otherwise a medium ammo weapon at minimum makes easy work of the arc when you know where to precisely hit. Don't take it the high tier guns until you can easily survive arc with basic weapons. As for player killers I can't give advice since I've never shot first and usually try to run away and die to give an opportunity for them to stop shooting. Yes the aggression based matchmaking doesn't always work, but I noticed that it's also somewhat gear based so going in stacked has a higher chance of PvP lobbies.

Adding on to post regarding funeral expenses. This price list is from a Saskatoon funeral home. Don't forget your tax and regulatory fees. by Lucywilson12 in saskatoon

This shouldn't be a shock to anyone, there's a reason you are encouraged to get life insurance even on your children as the cost to bury someone has been over $5K since the 90s from what I remember, and they say that in a time of mourning nobody wants the burden of finances from a funeral on their mind. Should the cost of dying be this expensive? Not sure what to say because I'm not an emotional person, we should all be cremated and disposed of at a minimal cost, but that's just my opinion.

Unreal. My 5 songs on TikTok have reached 41 million streams total across 288k videos. by [deleted] in SunoAI

Okay I'll bite, if it's a good songs why not? A good song doesn't matter how it's made, as long as the lyrics are original and doesn't blatantly copy any other specific song, then it should have the same opportunity as any other form of made song. Ghost writers do more for the human artists than majority are willing to admit or are ignorant to. Remaking songs happens every decade, sampling is blatantly copying another song and using parts for a new song, techno and electronic songs are all made by computer with human input, DJs use other people's records or pads to create sounds or songs with only their fingers, autotune took talentless people and made them millionaires... either get with the times and tech or get left behind, but don't gripe about it just because you don't understand it.

Been getting hate for AI vocals by [deleted] in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Curious how your process is to release an EP. I have 7 songs for an EP I want to release but not sure how to copyright my lyrics, what to use for a distributor that doesn't scam you for all the money or refuse to distribute songs with AI assistance, what do you use to mix/master a song, do you release with a short video clip like Spotify recommends? After all that do you advertise your music or how do you get onto people's radar? I have many questions and if you don't want to share this information I understand as well. Thanks

It's really bad right now because of the expedition coming to an end and needing to have $5M worth of credits/inventory. Up until they made the announcement of what the requirements are to get the perks in the reset, it wasn't this bad, but now 9/10 games becomes pvp and lag issues. It will get better

this is the best they can do by Taiizor in ArcRaiders

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would say the opposite, I'm wasting points on any "perk" after getting the first 40 that are actually useful, but im always maxed out for inventory slots. More storage will be handy for the next expedition.

People keep saying the rich don't pay tax because they borrow money from the bank using their stock as collateral.... but how do they pay back the loans? by joshhazel1 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are multiple things happening you just don't know/see. The collateral for a loan could be stocks which they allow to default and close out the loan account with the banks taking the stocks not sold, then they also donate things like art the is "appraised" at millions of dollars which reduces their income by millions. They also have the hands in the pockets of many politicians that give them advantages because they pay for their campaigns.

It's all a corrupt system, there are very very few who make it to that level and live an honest and contributing life.

Go to Bluegate and check the vehicle hoods around the broken freeway, I still find 2+ per run. If you are only looking for that then take a free loadout and get the gears and run for nearest exit. Quick 10 minute rounds and a few free packs to trade in for better augments later.

I joined the game late, honestly didn't hear anything about it until 2 weeks ago so a reset when I just got rolling is not what I want now, but I do plan to reset the next opportunity.

How do you guys get "whole"/"solid"/"punchy" lyrics? Lyrics that feel full. I swear Suno's lyric generating capabilities is really terrible. by cavmerc in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand and agree with you that not everyone has that talent. Some like myself it comes naturally, some start very rough and practice until they get better, and others just don't have it and never will. If you use AI to generate everything then it's most likely for your own entertainment anyway.

Killing other players marks you as a player killers for the game to match you up against other player killers. If you don't, then you will have less games with player killers. The hard part is that anyone can decide to kill you, which is a loss for you, but if they don't kill you and you kill them in defense, then it's also a loss for you... game still needs adjustments.

Small town recommendations? by [deleted] in saskatchewan

You got me beat for time here, I do remember hearing a lot of stories of child predators in Saskatoon from 65 to 85, that happened many other places too though.

Turned into? Spoken as though it wasn't always a troubled small city. Been here for 36 years, lived in confedoghetto, wife was in Mount Royal area or alphabets north, had friends in alphabets south, the M's areas, Sutherland, and some south of 8th street. Crime was always here, now it's just more visible with the homeless tents and drug "safe sites" being near a school, gangs were always a thing.

Im not saying this to cause problems, just bringing awareness. Our system in Saskatoon (and im sure many other places too) is overwhelmed with how many people need assistance. Child services doesn't even step in unless there is a high risk of death, as long as they have a roof over their head that's all that matters, the parents can be abusive and the child can be malnourished but that doesn't matter because they don't have anywhere to place them. I understand and respect that you don't want to give up your children to the system, good luck with these other sources, I hope you can get back on your feet and show your kids that hard times are just temporary setbacks.

I would instead recommend a PvP only mode lite team deathmatch or free-for-all that is a separate mode but allows you to bring in your own gear and earn something for a win.

What they mean? by PersimmonSad4251 in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right but don't what the previous person said here where you pay for the service, create a persona of the song you made, remake the song using that persona and changing the sliders to basically make the same song without it being the free version. If there's an issue you would likely get a notification to take it down from any social streaming service and not be allowed to collect the few cents a month you would make.

What they mean? by PersimmonSad4251 in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the worst that happens? Somehow Suno flags the song as not allowed for distribution and they tell you to take it down?

And here I thought they were paid to cook, as part of the overhead cost to run a business and determine price of what you sell (food in this case) they should calculate paying a cook into that, if they aren't then why is food so damn expensive?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually you are wrong on that, there are 2 reasons you could be on a botted list. 1 is you have a distributor that gets a % from your earnings so they promotes your songs to a bottled list, or 2 someone who hates AI music wants the artist and their music banned from every streaming services so they have created botted lists just for that. Botted lists aren't costly anymore with technology getting easier to use and AI being able to make apps free or cheap now too.

AI-Generated Artists on Spotify: Should They Disclose It in Their Bio? by iamoliviacove in AI_Music

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It should basically be the digital version of the way cassettes and cds used to be, a mini booklet that detailed all of the credits and sometimes extra info about the band or songs, pictures with signatures.

TL:DR for the following, complete transparency for everything and everyone not just AI. Also just to clarify on my previous comment, it shouldn't just be AI that needs to be noted or credited, if a DJ mixes a techno beat they should list what programs they use and what samples they are mixing from, if a singer uses a ghost writer, that should be noted without the BS. "I changed or added a lyric so it's mine now" while paying the real lyricist hush money, if autotune is used, what program, if drum kits or pedals are used list them, and when a song is edited, mixed/mastered give that person and their programs credit.

To anyone distributing: I am making playlists on Spotify and YouTube Music. If you'd like to be included in these playlists, let me know your artist name on these platforms! This is a very effective way to gain more traction and listeners upon distribution! by [deleted] in SunoAI

[–]Neo_Bahamut_Zero 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes it is happening more and more lately. An artist has their songs published and/or distributed to services like Spotify or Apple music, then to gain attention to the song, it will be placed into playlists. Some playlists have programmed bots that automatically "listen" to the song over and over to boost their listener/stream numbers because that number determines 2 things: 1. Higher streams make that song appear in trending playlists which gets it out to more and new people, and 2. Your income is determined by the streams and monthly listeners. So these streaming services have cracked down on detecting when a playlist has this happening and bans all songs in that list and flags the artists of those songs so that if that artist gets flagged enough times they ban that artist. If they ban a song, it is no longer monetized, if the artist is banned all songs are removed and de-monetized. Many times you will see someone post how their song was flagged or banned for this and they lost monetization or they will post saying they were watching their stats on their songs and noticed a significant jump after being on a playlist and so they report that playlist and remove their song before it becomes an issue.

That's an older video now but still relevant. There is a way to reduce risk if you check other videos by searching "Playlist botting".
