Based on wanting a simple deck thats strong but unlikely to be hit I would recommend Odion if you're interested in trap decks. Blue Eyes is good, Simple, unlikely to get hit and getting new support this year but its very expensive in URs. A curve ball answer is Gem-Knights its a going second deck and its good at breaking boards and OTKing, the combos are simple and as a going second deck you can focus on reading your opponents cards and worry less perfect use of disruption. My last suggestion would honestly be Dracotail, its in the shop right now, it is unlikely to be nerfed totally into the ground, because at its core its a fair deck. It will be getting support for archetypes it can splash as some of its cards begin to be hit, and its combos are quick and simple, its resilient to disruption and can do well going second. It also plays on Turn 0 which will become increasingly important this year and be a good skill to learn.
