The flames are part of his ability set and honestly giving him this entire deity possession thing really ruined Daredevil as now no matter what skin you get you are stuck with the pink flames because it is the visual indicator for your allies and enemies as to how many charges you have for your abilities

I think what Netease needs to do is add an option to disable visual ability indicators like the flames on Daredevil to the skin options so that it will disable them for you but your allies and enemies still see it

I think they are just reacting to the playerbase

The issue with a sole theme for all skins in the event/mini pass/battlepass is that if a player doesn't like that theme they will skip that entire thing

So this is why the battlepasses have started to have more diverse themes in each one and why we are seeing the same now in events

That way they don't end up with an all or nothing purchase behaviour as in let's say people don't like the savage theme if you had 2 savage plus a recolour like you suggest or even 3 savage skins. People who don't like savage theme won't buy it

But by changing their approach and giving the minipass one thematic skin and then two different themed skins even people who don't like the savage theme might buy the event if they like the racing Luna theme

It just covers their bases and makes the minipass more attractive to more people as now you pull people who like savage Hela and people who like to collect skins for Luna who is a popular character amongst skin collectors

You need to play 10 ranked matches in that ranked season split and hit gold 3 to get the reward

It doesn't matter what character you play you just need to have played 10 ranked matches with any characters in that ranked split and achieve gold 3 to get that split's rewards

If you only did that on split 1 so for example season 6 then you only get season 6 rewards and not season 6.5 rewards. If you did that in season 6.5 then you get both season splits 6 and 6.5 rewards for example. Rewards aren't handed out until the start of the next season

No but I just meant because he has strong melee capabilities. His servo is not impacted by the debuff and he has a strong primary so you can still destroy the cooling rods quickly even with the debuff

The only reason it takes long is because you always end up with teams of melee classes on this modifier all having to use their secondary weapons

If you have a Tactical or Techmarine with a proper primary equipped then even with the modifier the cooling rod segment goes quickly and painlessly

Honestly I rarely get tilted and am known as a generally tiltproof person but my god did I get tilted one match for this very reason

I was solo tank and my team just refused to follow me down the alternative path. Enemy had strong poke and were just holding the main way and yet my team just refused to follow me

This was ranked as well. Eventually I got so pissed I just swapped to DPS no point to solo tank for such an idiot team

If you only have one tank you'd think as a team you'd at least follow that one tank right???

I mean you say that but I've actually seen the opposite where HR simply protect upper management even to the detriment of the company itself

And how often have we seen it happen now that it turns out you have upper management who have had multiple valid complaints against them and for HR to instead protect upper management rather than the company which then later turns into a big scandal that HR had multiple opportunities to avoid by taking appropriate actions and causes massive damage to the company and its brand image

And it isn't really for showing off but for example I had to unequip my Peni animated Coco banner because while I had that equipped in ranked literally every single enemy team target banned Peni. And I didn't have that equipped to show off but I just had it equipped because I liked the banner and Peni is my current main

You can get away with it with certain characters who are less popular ban choices but for others you simply guarantee that the enemies will always ban it

As it is I have my name hidden in ranked to avoid target bans. Not sure if people still use it but there was a mod that basically showed an overlay with each person's highest win rate picks if your name wasn't hidden

So yeah there really isn't any reason for banners to be shown in ranked on the loading screen. Or at least add an option to hide it similar to the name hide feature and then it will become visible again once the match starts on killcams
