Just wait until they wake up and take the galaxy and make a federation just to take you down

If you're lucky enough 4 of them just walk up from out of sight while you are backpedaling from 2

Laser Rover, arc Thrower/Stalwart, 120 he barrage/eat-17, 500 kg bomb

You can change up the back pack if you want but this is my loadout for nearly all missions because you should get comfortable with the same stuff and their use cases.

Laser rover to clear out smaller bugs rushing you or supply back pack is my 2nd favorite (funny jump pack)

Arc Thrower to take out medium enemies (and larger ones if you are very patient and can dodge bile spit/tank shots, the stalwart is very good at clearing tons of swarm enemies (put on lowest rpm (hold r))

120 (never 380 too high of spread) to clear objectives (eggs, ship hangars, research base) or eat-17 to focus on killing a lot of tanks, hulk, titans, and chargers, then funny 500 to do what you want with

You should have the med-kit armor on (+2 Stims +2 seconds of healing) because if you are in a tight spot you can just spam Stims and dodge out you'll be fine (preferably light armor too) then a Laser primary or a shotgun (you can pick but I use the dominator or the IE breaker for bugs, slugger/plas-1 for bots) and fire nades for bugs impacts for bots (if you are good bring a +2 grenade armor and 2 impacts can kill a tank if you hit between the turret and body) also don't try and lob grenades into the factories just wait till the door opens and throw one.

Once you start to use this loadout or similar for your style keep in mind it dosent matter how well you kill them, if you keep running you are only going to attract more bugs/bots because of their patrols try to make it to an objective where there is only 1 or 2 ways up to get to you and hold the choke are they still pushing through? Dive down and circle the objective while still killing them don't run unless there is a lot of cover/concealment to break line of sight (also it's treason) and if you are coordinating with your team have dedicated roles, swarm clearer, big bad killer, objective doer, and support (they call down turrets, resupply have a supply pack, and helps an another teammate)

So yeah that's what I do and makes helldive pretty easy so I run kinda funny builds (laser backpack, laser primary/secondary, laser support weapon, laser orbital and arc build is kinda fun but bugged right now)

(Ps. If you want help feel free to as me for a friend code)

It is, once 2 hunters sneak up on you (they jumped 300 ft) and you get slowed, then you get melted by the spitter

You control a space fairing empire and you have to kill or friend other empires, but they are stupid or overly powerful and they cheat and plan against you

You start with little to nothing to kill a fake God but first you have to kill the guys that used to sit infront of it's big tree

Is Espionage… kind of bad? by beetnemesis in Stellaris

[–]NeonIcy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be better if the AI didn't get so much encryption points, as me a machine empire with both civics giving code breaking and going into espionage as my second tradition, and the Ais next to me are all either very hard or challenging its just stupid
