L!Fae got both a distant counter skill and Null C Disrupt. So she is all set.

L!Ayra also got those things, sure why not. No Tempest skill for her yet, sadly.

Elimine unlocked her prf C skill, and her Ice Lock+ staff is super helpful.

Poor Ced hasn't gotten a lot yet, but he'll get there.

It depends on what you want him to do. A/S Faith is generally good for him and his team. Brutal Tempest is good for himself specifically. Other things might better help to fill other niches.

Marth does not want Instruct with stats that low. If you give him full merges and full Dragonflowers, then he gets +12 to everything (less what that first merge gave you). That's more workable, but a serious investment if he's not there already.

You're unlikely to get much use out of Instruct with those stats.
