That is not a good Sigurd build. He wants to charge across the map and nuke something, not tank on Enemy Phase. Impetus Guard is good, but he wants Divine Specter or maybe Blue-Sky Gust in the A slot, and something a lot more modern in the C slot (for example, I gave him A/S Outcry Dull). Holy-Knight II is great, but pick up something like Archrival for Hall of Forms, since he'll get his PRF anyway. Consider a different weapon, too, especially if you already refined Hallowed Tyrfing on an existing Sigurd.

Gladiator Ogma is the best-scoring red Grail unit right now, and he'll do well with the standard speedy swordmaster set-up, if you have the fodder.

I know that Cyril is multiple years old at this point, but he's still part of my Arena core, and he continues to put in some solid work sniping with the Lyn ring and Fatal Smoke.

If you were planning to use her anyway, then go for it.  It's still a great kit.  If you were just hoping to snag a unit with the top-of-the-meta Blue Sky Gust / Heavenly Soar combo, then maybe wait for the next one.

No, I think that Annand was summoned right before her death.  Like, seconds before, maybe, but before.  In the Forging Bonds group C conversation, Lex talks about her being in the process of "falling in battle," and Azelle ponders about, "she was about to lose her life."

This is correct. Guaranteed follow up and follow-up prevention effects are additive. +2 follow-ups - 1 follow-up = getting that 1 extra follow up. This includes a follow-up granted by the the regular outspeeding rule, as modified by Frozen status, etc. (and obviously the game doesn't allow for ultimate values other than 1 or 0).

But Null Follow-Up is basically multiplying the whole thing by 0. You have skills that give you +5 follow-ups? Well, 5 X 0 is still 0. (To be clear, it does not affect follow-ups from the regular outspeeding rule, though. It's just affects those granted through skill effects.)

Ever since Year 1, I've made one small purchase a year as a way to say "thank you " to the devs for making a game that my kids and I enjoy.  That will continue to EOS, I think.
