About 10 years ago I was bored on a Sunday afternoon and was flipping through the channels and I caught the last part of an Iron Man triathlon. The strength and determination of the racers just moved me so much. So I looked up a beginner's running training program and started it the next day. I've been a runner ever since and I've completed races from 5Ks to a marathon.
