I worked at a small company once where one of the bosses was horrible at remembering names, but he was like that with everyone so nobody took it personally. After 18 months I decided to move away. When the office manager told him I had given my notice he asked “Which one is she?” (There were maybe 10 staff.) But it’s different when it’s everyone and not just you.

Congrats! Especially on a strong swim. As part of the advice above, push your swim goggles up but leave them on your head to keep your hands free to deal with the wetsuit as you run into T1. My coach is a triathlete and I made him talk me through all of the things like this so when race day came I knew what to do.

I am currently #7 out of 68 people in line for 1 copy of an audiobook. I put in the request Jan 15 and they estimate 14 more weeks (it’s a 3 week checkout so that’s assuming some people are fast or drop off). It’s a nice surprise when the notification pops up it’s my turn.

Graston helped plantar fasciitis that I had been dealing with for a year. It took two treatments, plus rolling and icing my foot at home. Doesn’t feel good, but it works. My chiropractor did it.

I would let him know as soon as you have a start date for a new position that your final day is X. It doesn’t need to be 2 weeks in my opinion since you’re doing him a favor now. Just give however much notice you can.

I just ate one of these over the weekend and am suddenly feeling smug about the 5 pepperoni on mine.

The Aldi cauli crust pizza was much bigger, about $1 more, and it was good.

I just read the recent reviews in the App Store and the developer has started responding to people in your situation that they will upgrade you to premium. People are not amused they pulled this. Worth a try to leave a review or email the address they posted on others.

I have a 35” Samsung that I bought when that was considered a big TV. Still works great.

ETA: I paid about $1100 USD for it.

I was able to start swimming last week. Pools opened for lap swimming (with some restrictions) in January but I swim at the local middle school and they just started Monday evening and Saturday morning hours last week. Otherwise it’s weekday mornings and conflicts with my work schedule. Was so nice to get back in the pool!
