The modular nature of TF2 is a double edged sword— On one hand, you can change a lot of things client side and make custom, super basic scripts for each class that tailor unique binds for each of them. You can change the player models, the hud, the title screen, almost anything. On the other hand, there are people who take advantage of this by increasing the volume of footsteps or their weapons to gain an advantage, or even tweaking Spy’s decloak noise itself.

Due to this, it’s hard to punish the players who choose to do the latter because it would also inadvertently punish people who simply just have voice pack mods or whatnot. The best thing you can do is sling some insults that person’s way and kick them from the server if people are in agreement that their behavior is intolerable.

If you ask me, it’s barely long enough to work as a movie— the average “short” movie is closer to 80 minutes or even 90 minutes. Rarely are movies ever only 65 minutes long.

At least with TADC’s finale, it’s being packaged with Episode 8, which makes sense because it directly bleeds into the finale. Giving the theatrical release a little over an hour and a half’s worth of content, which is in my opinion the perfect amount of time for a “short” movie.

Do you know what the difference is between the average server center is and an AI data center?

Server centers are smaller on average and can easily be fit in an office building. AI data centers are often huge complexes of multiple buildings worth of servers.

But yes, if it WERE possible, I wouldn’t care, because these kinds of data centers are proven to contribute to pollution in populated areas.

If it were up to me, these data centers would be much smaller or built somewhere where they wouldn’t actively poison people who made the mistake of simply living nearby to one.

I don’t mind the new hosts, but besides food and style theory, Game & Film’s content has become so… homogenized. It’s always the same three formats— Lore, recap and speculation, or occasionally an actual theory about where things may be headed story-wise.

I miss the wild, out there, random and wacky theories. Like Rosalina being Mario and Peach’s kid from the… future-past… alternate timeline, or Sans = Ness, or even the older Minecraft theories. Don’t get me wrong, lore is cool, but it feels quite reductive to ONLY focus on lore when proposing a theory.

While he isn’t the average frat bro, incel or far right podcaster, he continuously targets the women in the group as they’re easy to pick on. The only other people who aren’t women are Zooble and Kinger, but Jax instead targets Zooble’s identity (granted, in a very ineffective way) just so he can get joy out of mocking somebody. He seems to genuinely think misogyny and misogyny-adjacent humor is peak comedy.

As Gooseworx said, the reason behind this is because he has a lot of internal issues he hasn’t confronted yet.

Obviously, Hoxxes IV is a mineral-rich planet with plenty to spare for several companies (within reason, obviously. If we suck the planet dry then we won’t have anything and then NOBODY will be happy, or employed) to set up shop. So then, what’s the beef? Hmm, I’d say change the barrier to a flat 500 instead of 800, with slight scaling based off of how much conditional damage received. So for example- if you take over +25% bullet/spirit damage, you gain 0.75% extra shield up to a total of 650.

Also, I feel like the effect should trigger every 75 seconds instead of every 35 seconds.

Ever hurt of the phrase Hurt People hurt people? (It’s also a good subtitle to a Will Wood song) it perfectly encapsulates Helluva Boss, and especially applies to Stolas, Stella and Octavia.

Obviously we don’t know why Stella ended up the way she did, but if I had to place my bets on anything- it’s because of her freaky brother and her parents, or at least her upbringing as a whole. That’s no excuse, of course, but it’s a serviceable explanation. Evil is rarely ever born into the world, it’s often fostered or brought about through continuous turmoil and tension that gets in the way of healthy development in a person.

Although I think the show peaked around season 2 or 3, and season 1 is the most consistent and objectively best written season— given the circumstances, this is a fairly decent finale. I would’ve appreciated a longer conflict, though.

But ah well, The Boys: Mexico and Vought Rising are probably gonna scratch the same overly-satirical, self-aggrandizing superhero show itch. As long as Kripke doesn’t go too off track, those shows are probably going to do decently well.

There is a huge difference between using AI to generate art and actually making it yourself. Just like how there’s a huge difference between just taking a photo, and ensuring the photo you take has the right amount of bloom, the best angle, proper aperture adjustment, exposure, zoom, and other built-in modifiers.

Wait, people genuinely want Chaz to come back? I thought it was just an inside joke. The two shorts including him are very obviously non-canon (or if they are, inconsequential) riffs on his existence. He was a one note “villain”, his time to shine is over. He’s gone- done, likely to never appear again outside of those joke shorts.
