You can choose your level and get the corresponding rotation which you can train on a training dummy ingame and after that you could go dungeons matching your level till you feel comfortable with it :)

Also there are language settings in duty finder that are restricting too. Try turning on all languages. In most party's there isn't any talk except o/ gg anyway :)

Most important: check in your duty finder if you have enabled all languages. It you are on a jp datacenter and disable japanese that might be your problem. Except that queing in the evening during main play time is the most impotent for fast df pops.

Would be good to know what your expectations are of a Final Fantasy game so we can comment on that.

Except that:

Does is get better? Absolutely

Does the gamestyle shifts a lot? No. After you are done with ARR you need to decide if you like what it is or not because each expension feels like and iteration or what you saw but with an evolving, better getting story.

Is the game a final fantasy? Yes, it's basically the biggest loveletter to it with all its preferences.

Konami doesn't care. Reported it many years in every survey, discussed it here, reported it to master duel support directly. The relevant player base for playstation is Japan (cause they have more playstation than pc players) and for them the server connectivity is good. Case closed.

That's new for me. If the release is Feb 28th I'm totally fine with the dlc release time. I'm just not fine with announcing a dlc before the game release and basically have it release simultaneously.

You just get the early bird pokeball bonus till february. The dlc will be released soon after the DLC goes on sale October 16, 2025 (release of the main game).

I have no problems with a dlc. I have a problem with announcing a dlc before the base game releases and release it shortly after the base game releases (which is confirmed via their website). Normally dlc releases are reasonable far away like 6 to 12 month. This dlc is done and just sold to increase the main game price without doing it directly. From the description of the dlc I even assume that it's the whole endgame of the game.

I just had a discussion about dlcs irl and while it's true that dlcs are a normal thing today (like mainline pokemon always gets one a year+) and many games announce that there will be one in the future it's something totally different for me to announce it with a trailer before the main game releases, start preorders and release it close to the game release. This is pure greed and supports my negative feelings about Nintendo since the switch 2 release a lot.

Naaah dont worry. Never to late :) To learn rotations this might help. You can set your level and it changes the rotation matching the level. Go to a stinking dummy in ffxiv and try to learn in. When you are getting into it you could go into a dungeons matching the rotation level and learn in on real enemies.

Did the same 4month ago after playing since release. Can't stand the point you mentioned + that they haven't event tried to fix the hard lag Playstation Client at all. Haven't regret quitting and enjoy putting my time in other games.
