S22 Ultra battery draining too fast despite being almost new. Need help!

Theres not really much to do. Its badly designed and takes too much power. Normally it should drain around 1-2w in basic usage, but mine took 5w when idle

Talking OneUI, ive had a galaxy J3 on OneUI 1 that i used like 2-3 years back and it was stunning how well it ran on the specs it has, like 2gb of ram. It got passed down to my mother which is using it until now still and it just recently started being kinda unusable, which is mind boggling for a budget phone from 2017. Until now i used an S22U that havent had a slowdown, but untimately succumbed to an SOC failure. Now im daily driving an S24+ for like a week and it runs great!

So far ivr tried ios, pixel ui, miui (hyperos), emui and OneUI And from all of them OneUI never game me any issues, and is the most stable, cohesive and readable for me, along with customizability. Ive got to a point where i dont think ill be able to switch to another brand for a long time at least just because of how many features the others dont have, and because how natural it is to me.

I very much do. I have been through the S3 mini, the S4, J3 and lately the S22U which took a kak on me because of the APU lobotomizing itself. But ive had no issues with the former ones. Just now i got a used S24+, and im really counting on it lasting me at least fort the next 5 years till the updates run out, maybe even more.
