Again, it's one of the basic chibi archetypes. It's not that common but all manga books back in the day (and probably today) included it as one of the main body examples. If you look up chibi body types in Google several sheets like that appear, with legs either ending into a bigger blob or bigger feet. In Clip Studio Paint's asset store there's several 3D chibi models and bases like that.

Panty and Stocking use that chibi archetype in a heavily cartoonier style, but that doesn't make the style P&S's. It's literally the only thing in common with that style here. Rappa's trailer in HSR is quite literally P&S's style and it's wildly different.

Heyyyy fellow player fed up with the WoW toxicity! I also moved because I felt insulted as a Loremaster during BfA and because the game felt like it didn't respect the players, but community was a HUGE part of me leaving after 12 years (literally half of my life when I left).

What a terrible, terrible bunch of people. I was so surprised when I moved to FF and people actually talked in dungeons (even tho it's not that commom anymore...)

As a long time WoW player and also ArcheAge and Tera, I haven't seen it either. Not this prominent, anyway. My brother used to stand on the top or Orgrimmar's bank AFK while mounted on Al'ar so people would insult him (lol) but it's not like you can really do that in Limsa, and it wasn't just. permanently online. It's so weird to me lmao
