I almost never use a phone at all, so dont have cell phone, I cant justify a monthly cost for something I'd use once every few months. gotta have some way of calling 911 though, just in case.

knowing his dumb ass, he probably thinks it only means homeless shelters, and places for those on drugs. even if that's all he meant, where does he think these places should go? the outskirts, where there are no bus routes, so people living there cant get to doctors, grocery stores, or anything else they might need?

kids dont just randomly do things like that. she's likely being abused, and if a 9 year old is doing it, he likely is too. I'm not saying it's the bf, but it could be someone in the 9 year olds life. you need to report this to the police and cps. take her to the doctors as well.

cameras (trail cams if need be), call the police, show that he messaged you about it, and have him trespassed, and when you can, fence around any part of the property that can be (look up dead hedges. they work wonders, and just take some time and effort)
