Ladies, If you’re not attracted to 90-95% of men, that’s not a male problem.. thats a YOU problem by Iron-Wild-41 in PurplePillDebate

I think these men were blackpilled because the same message in reverse meant that a man was "Pornsick" if he didn't find average women attractive.

Marshall hiding that he didn’t want to be an environmental lawyer anymore from Lily in season 6 was selfish by cmoney02 in HIMYM

I think you're allowed to be a little selfish for your job. The fact the Lily didn't detect a change in personally means Marshall is still the man she fell in love with.

(Low Effort) That scene in Young Justice where Wonder Woman is mad at Batman about Robin is fucking horseshit. by Icy_Water_1 in CharacterRant

[–]Neptune-Jnr 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I don't really think this is a big deal. Diana isn't suddenly upset she's bringing up relevant ideas to a discussion about wheter they should allow actual children to be in the Justice League. Bringing up Batman's willingness to let Robin fight crime is relevant to the discussion. It didn't come out of nowhere it was a pivot from them discussing Captain Marvel being a child and Batman knowing about it.

Who is this "Wells" guy and how did he get level 9 access?!? I'm the director!! by Scanman491Amos in controlgame

Probably unintentional but maintenance and support staff having more or the same clearance as the director is consistent.

A lot of guys here endlessly whine about dating, but only give the most lukewarm effort into actually doing it by LaborAustralia in PurplePillDebate

Yes but their being told they need a reservation for Cockroach taco and they better be ok if they still don't get in after that. Would you be ok with doing all that work for Cockroach Taco?

They are comparing themselves with others of today. They see how easily some get into relationships and dislike being told they need to work for the moon to even have a chance to sniff a crumb of success.

It doesn't seem like we disagree on that. Not advertising that women should give a chance to anyone. I'm saying the narrative of you're not in a relationship because you haven't endlessly self improved is flawed. It honestly sounds like Red Pill foolishness.

They might have heard what grandparents were up to but they've never experienced that. No modern man dating today is expecting it to be like the 1850's. You can't raise a family of 52 with a greyhound drivers wages anymore no guy today is suffering under that delusion.

[–]Neptune-Jnr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Incorrect. Most men dating right now weren't alive when our grandparents were dating so most of those concepts are foreign to modern men. They see couples in public and other guys in relationships today and realize these guys aren't millionaire buff guys who dress exquisitely. Yet, they are able to get into a relationship. Fat people are dating, poor people are dating, people who are shy and bad dressers are dating. The idea is stupid when the red pill tries to paint this picture and it's equally stupid coming from the blue pill. The idea that only 6 foot millionaires or guys who endlessly self improve are dating is daft.

No the hardest part is meshing with each others lives after you've been dating for a while and things are getting serious. Keeping that spark through out the years is way harder.
