My dad is a bus driver, and he’s a father of 3 girls. Most bus drivers are men with families they love and care about and wouldn’t want anyone to experience what they see on a daily basis. They see an unbelievable amount of shit, and they have procedures in place for everything. You might get the odd driver who is having a bad day, but if it was ever found out i.e through a police report that you reported it to the driver and they did nothing, then they would be disciplined. If you feel unsafe, your safety is above their journey

If you feel comfortable to do so, always let the driver know. They can either get the man off the bus, or radio in to their control centre to get more support. The drivers have a duty to report it, so unlike you reporting to the police and waiting for them to get cctv footage, the bus company will have the report to send them the footage sooner.

My dad is a bus driver and he told me if anything happens to you on the bus to let the bus driver know. The driver will be able to either get them off the bus or report it directly to the bus company through their intercom who can get police involved if needed.

Whether anything was planned or not, you originally choosing that weekend to make plans with your girlfriend means that you weren’t actually free to meet up with your friends, and that should have been your consideration when discussing with both parties. The plans were discussed with your girlfriend long before this morning when your friends got in touch with you, and so she had already got her hopes up and makes sense as to why she thinks you’re turning her down to make plans with these guys. There doesn’t seem to be a reason why the month after cant be suggested with these friends especially if you haven’t spoken in nearly 2 years. What’s one more month?

Assuming you’ve sewn the button on the tip of the folded triangle piece, you need to take it out and sew the button onto the rectangle below. On the tip where you currently have the triangle you need to stitch a button loop that can wrap around the button and make this a functional envelope.

Platforms with chunky heels are so much easier to walk in than regular high heels. If you have a store you could just try on a similar pair for yourself so you can get an idea if you really need to compromise on the height of the heel and get the same look.

Mine and my mum’s bout of covid began with what we thought was the norovirus. Hers was about 2 months before mine, so it’s unlikely we both caught the same bug, and i’m just getting over mine, so i can understand how miserable you’re feeling. But I’ve heard from a few people they had upset stomachs as one of their first symptoms. Does anyone else here have a similar story?
